Media areas – WIFI and LAN connection
Wi-Fi will be available in the media center, mixed zone and at the stadium, while LAN connection will be provided in the media centre.
Catering for media
Rich menu with warm meals and drinks will be available throughout the opening hours of the Media Centre for all media with 9F on their accreditation.
Mixed zone
The mixed zone is located behind the finish area in front of the grandstands D/E. It is divided into three sectors – live mixed zone positions for TV and Radio, ENG positions and Press positions.
Flower ceremony
All flower ceremonies take place immediately after each competition in the stadium.
I-Zone
A new request-based system will be in place for the I-Zone: athletes will come to the media center only when specifically requested and cannot be interviewed in the Mixed Zone. Event-dedicated WhatsApp group will be used to manage interview requests and share important competition updates. Link to the WhatsApp group and the details on how to request an interview will be sent to approved media shortly before the event (not earlier than the accreditation deadline).
Briefing for moving media
The main briefing for moving media is on Thursday, March 6th at 16:20 pm in the room for moving media in the media center. All moving media are requested to attend the main briefing. Competition briefings will be held on every day starting with a new competition format, 90 minutes prior to the first start. The detailed schedule will be published at the welcome desk in the main press center.
Workplaces for moving media
There are work stations for photographers and TV-crews in the Media Centre in the arena. Please make sure you do not occupy more desk space than you really need. There will be one table (190 cm wide) for two journalists in the Media Centre in NMNM.
Bibs
All accredited moving media are required to wear a bib in the competition area to get access to the Photo Zones. TV Rightsholder (RHB) bibs are available for collection at the accreditation center whereas other moving media bibs are handed out in the media center in coordination with the IBU Photo Manager. One bib is for generally accredited photographers and the priority-bib is for international agencies only who have access to restricted areas. The priority bibs are handed out by the IBU Photo Manager only during the main briefing. For the bibs a 20 Euro (general admission) and 50 Euro (Priority) deposit must be paid.
Competition photos
IBU will provide a basic package of competition-related pictures as handouts for editorial purposes. The pictures will be available immediately after the flower ceremonies under https://portal.cloudinary.com/ibu-production/mediahandout2425
Lockers
There are lockers in the building of the Media Centre. Informations about the terms and conditions can be found at the welcome desk.
