Entry for PWD
ENTRY FOR PERSONS With Disability (PWD) or PWD w/ companion
The Organizing Committee of the BMW IBU World Cup Biathlon 2025 strives to maximize accessibility and ensure the possibility for visitors with limited mobility and severe disabilities to enjoy the sporting events.
Procedure for PWD w/ companion Entry - Persons with Reduced Mobility (requiring a wheelchair)
A significant support is allowing entry to the Vysočina Arena stands for PWD w/ companion cardholders. On stand D, a platform for comfortable standing for 15 wheelchairs is built. Accessible toilets and barrier-free access to refreshments are a matter of course. Parking spaces will also be reserved either directly in the venue (or nearby) - however, these have limited capacity and their availability cannot be claimed once full.
Procedure for PWD w/ companion Entry - Own Mobility (without a wheelchair)
For entry of persons who can move independently without the need for a wheelchair, it suffices to show a valid PWD w/ companion card at the turnstiles.
Procedure for Entering the Venue and Claiming Parking
The organizers have a limited number of parking spaces for persons, holders of a valid PWD and PWD w/ companion card, who also own a valid parking card for persons with disabilities (according to law No. 133/2011) directly in the Vysočina Arena.
To enter and park, it is necessary to purchase a valid PWD w/ companion ticket through the WC 2025 ticketing portal and then pick up a parking card at the accreditation office of the Biathlon World Cup Organizing Committee on the days immediately before the competition.
The accreditation office is open from Monday, March 3, to Sunday, March 9, 2025
