Vysočina Arena is closed. Preparations for the World Championships are finishing

"We are clearing the tracks of fallen trees, branches, and pine cones after the windy weather. At the same time, we are still adding snow from our reserves to some places," explains the championship's sports director, Vlastimil Jakeš.

Additional work is also underway at the Vysočina Arena. Stands for refreshments for fans are under construction, assembled stands are being completed, fences, large screens, and graphic decorations of the International Biathlon Union are being installed, and facilities for athletes are also being finalized.

"The first official team training sessions are scheduled for Sunday, February 4," adds Vlastimil Jakeš.
